Metz Epoxy Primer is a specially formulated epoxy designed to be used with various Metz epoxy and polyurethane coatings, linings, membranes and resinous flooring systems. Can also be used as a wet-to-wet primer for some Metz cement based adhesive systems.
Metz Epoxy Plaster is an epoxy formulation designed as a stand-alone trowellable lining in medium physical duty environments. Can also be used as a substrate repair material beneath other Metz resinous systems.
Typical Uses: Food and Industrial Plants, Chemical Plant plinths, walls, kerbs, trenches or pits.
Metz 33-SL is a pour and spread epoxy flooring system used to produce a textured, highly slip resistant surface. Normal applied thickness is 4-5 mm.
Metz 33-TG is a trowellable epoxy flooring system used to produce a less textured heavy duty flooring solution. Normal applied thickness is 6 mm. Application is by hand or power trowel.
Metz 33-VG is the accompanying “vertical grade” epoxy trowellable used for epoxy coving, pits, kerbs, plinths and walls. Normal applied thickness is min. 3 mm.
Metz 33EN-Plaster is an epoxy novolac formulation with exceptional chemical resistance designed as a stand-alone trowellable lining in medium physical duty corrosive environments. Can also be used as a substrate repair material beneath other Metz epoxy novolac applications.
Typical Uses: Chemical Plant plinths, walls, kerbs, trenches or pits.
Metz 33EN-SL is an epoxy novolac pour and spread flooring formulation exhibiting outstanding resistance to highly corrosive chemicals. It is also resistant to much higher temperatures than most epoxies. Normal applied thickness is 3 mm. Can be applied with a range of surface finishes from smooth to highly slip resistant.
Typical Uses: Battery Rooms, Secondary Containment Areas, Production Zones exposed to Acid.
Metz 33EN-TG is an epoxy novolac trowellable flooring formulation exhibiting greater resistance to highly corrosive chemicals than most epoxies. Normal applied thickness is 6 mm. Application is by hand or power trowel.
Metz 33EN-VG is the accompanying “vertical grade” epoxy novolac trowellable used for epoxy coving, pits, kerbs, plinths and in highly corrosive environments. Normal applied thickness is a minimum of 3mm.
Metz 44-SL is a self-levelling epoxy formulation that produces a smooth, glossy finish that is impervious and easy to clean. Slip resistance can be improved by inclusion of a special additive in a clear sealer coat.
Metz 92 is a self-levelling, flexible polyurethane flooring system often used to protect medium duty industrial floors – especially where the chance of minor movement exists.
Typical Uses: Metal Production, Chemical Plants, Food & Beverage Plants.
Metz 94-SL is an outstanding smooth-finish, self-levelling polyurethane flooring system, typically used 3mm thick.
Typical Uses: Chemical Plants, Dairies, CIP Rooms, Food Plants
Metz 93PU-TG is an outstandingly tough, abrasion, temperature, impact and chemical resistant trowellable polyurethane flooring system used in a wide variety of industrial applications. Normal application thickness is 6 – 8 mm.
Typical Uses: Chemical Plants, Food Plants, Breweries, Dairy Industry.
Metz 93PU-VG is the accompanying “vertical grade” polyurethane trowellable used for coving, pits, kerbs, plinths and walls. Normal applied thickness is 6 mm.
Metz 95M is a 2 part polyurethane chemical resistant membrane or lining system where some flexibility is required.
Metz Korodur Monolithic Topping is a premixed (just add water on site) concrete topping mix laid 8-15mm thick over fresh concrete to produce extremely hard wearing floors.
Typical Uses: Workshops, Warehouses, Production Areas, Hangars.
